After 15 years in the field with several world-wide customer companies of Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), Compaq Computers and more recently Hewlett Packard (HP), Alain Lissoir is now working as a Principal Program Manager in the Active Directory group at Microsoft in Redmond, WA, USA. He is primarily specialized in directories, scripting, automation and management technologies. Through his career, Alain delivered several Integration workshops and seminars world wide for various communities. Since 2002, he is a frequent speaker in various conferences such as Microsoft TechED, Microsoft MEC, Microsoft IT Forum, HP World and NetPro Directory Expert Conference (DEC). During these last years, Alain wrote several articles published in Windows & .NET Magazine, Exchange & Outlook Administrator and Windows Scripting Solution magazines. He also wrote white papers about scripting technologies available under Windows 2000/2003 (WSH and ADSI) and Exchange 2000 (WSH, CDOEX, CDOEXM and WMI) for Microsoft and Compaq/HP. Alain is the author of a double volume book on Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) under Windows Server 2003 (also covering Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000 and Windows XP):
